Punk is something that you believe in not really dictated to you by something else. It's not a fashion style… it's how you live your life, how you choose to live your life, decisions that you make. If you even decide to acknowledge it as punk rock instead of acknowledging it as just being yourself… I mean, an old lady in the suburbs who decides to stop mowing her lawn because the town tells her to 'cause she likes the long grass... that's punk rock.

I'm late, I'm sorry! But I hope you did have a glorious day, as you deserve! I hope there was cake, and ice cream and stickers, and glitter -and pink Frank-ness all over the place... now that last bit sounds kinda dirty. But also makes me hungry. Huh. Alrighty! I hope you did enjoy yourself J, it has been a rough road of late, it sounds. And I just hope that you had the time to really appreciate all that you have, and to do so with your incredible loved ones. You really seem to be surrounded by wonderful people (L, of course. But you yourself, as well). And I hope you had time to enjoy yourself peacefully (or punkish rowdyly, if you prefer!!). I think it is really important to get to celebrate our births, for it makes us think, and look forward to the next one.

Anon, at 12:18, you don't realize it, but you made me laugh like a drain at your comment! You obviously have no idea about us. No trailer, no sitting on the couch all day looking for pics, and we both are involved in plenty of animal, enviromental and political issues.

Child, you make me laugh. Before you start throwing around comments such as you did, you should check out your own life.
What do you do to bring a little love and peace to someone else's life? My vote is nothing, since you're here trying to insult me. I'd guess this is what you're used to doing. How do you know I haven't changed the world? Whatever I've done may not affect millions of people, but I try to help where and when I can. Remember, helping others starts out small. One person at a time.
BTW, we don't live in a trailer. Have you ever been to the South? Most people here DON'T live in trailers. They're dangerous places to live; you can get pulled into a tornado really quickly in a trailer, and there's no chance for you then.
Oddly enough, lots of people who live in Florida live in trailers. Hurricanes be damned!
