It's official: the Christmas season is upon us. Do you know how I know?
I saw my first wreath on the front of an SUV.
Does anybody else besides me think that's the weirdest new Christmas tradition? I mean, honestly. The car does not need to be decorated. It's your car. No need for greenery, tinsel, bows, ornaments, reindeer antlers (swear to you, I saw them on a Caddy at Wal-Mart last week); the car's paint job is decoration enough. No mistletoe hanging from the rearview, either. Kissing's great, yeah, but not while you're operating a massive moving vehicle, you know?
I wonder when drivers will start adding twinkle lights and garland to the grille. If wreaths are there, can the rest be far behind?
It'll be like Santa's Workshop exploded.
